Matt Jackson of the Young Bucks has confirmed via Twitter that he and his brother will, in fact, not be performing at Madison Square Garden next April when Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling join forces for a sold-out G1 Supercard of Honor at the world’s most famous arena.
The Bucks’ contract with Ring of Honor expires at the end of this year, with the group working their final matches for the promotion this past weekend at Final Battle. Fans have been hoping that the world-famous tag team might still make an appearance at the G1 Supercard, as they have stated their intention to continue working with NJPW if possible, but this should put an end to the speculation.

Their future, and the future of The Elite is very much up in the air at this point, as we await news of the reported All Elite Wrestling promotion with ties to billionaire investor Shahid Khan and his son Tony, who have taken out trademarks related to the group and a potential “ALL IN” sequel.
We will not be there, but I encourage everyone to still go. Itβs a historic night for wrestling. https://t.co/kPVEjtTqIa
