Fans of The Beast are getting eager to see the Universal Champion back in action.
According to Raj Giri of WrestlingInc.com, Lesnar will return to WWE TV on the June 12th episode of Raw at Lafayette, Louisiana. He will also appear June 26th on Raw at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, where he is advertised to face Bray Wyatt. This may be a dark match since Lesnar hasn’t worked a match on Raw since returning to the WWE in 2012.
This could also foreshadow the winner of the upcoming Fatal 5-Way No.1 Contender match Sunday at Extreme Rules. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio has reported that whoever emerges victorious this weekend will only have a short program with Lesnar.
The winner will get a shot at Lesnar at the WWE Great Balls Of Fire pay-per-view in Dallas on July 9th, but isn’t expected to get a rematch because Lesnar is still slated to face Braun Strowman at Summerslam, despite reports of Strowman’s recovery from injury not putting him back in time for that match.
