Rey Mysterio made a recent appearance on FOX News where he was asked if he had sever taken steroids. Mysterio responded by saying that he had not ever taken steroids. The host followed up by asking him what if his name ever came up in a steroid investigation. Mysterio said that his name would come up, but for painkillers he got from Dr. Astin because of over a half dozen knee surgeries, not steroids.
Luckily for Rey the hosts were unaware that his name had already surfaced in another case, that of Dr. David Wilbirt out of Phoenix, Arizona. It was reported that Dr. Wilbirt had wrote Mysterio prescriptions for both Stanozolol and Nandrolone.
