More Snow, Heavy Rain Possible In New Hampshire: Get Out

CONCORD, NH — Weather forecasters expect Spring snow this weekend, but most should melt away due to heavy rain and warmer temperatures during the day.

The National Weather Service issued a “hazardous weather outlook” on Thursday morning, warning of snow and rain on the horizon. Wind gusts — 35 to 45 mph on Thursday were likely to continue, too.

“A storm system may affect the region with snow Friday night and rain, possibly heavy on Saturday,” the alert stated.

The sun returns on Sunday with highs in the low 40s again, but breezy. Temps will drop down to the low 20s again.

Monday will be sunny, but there will be more snow and rain on Tuesday and Wednesday, forecasters said.
