— Former WWE superstar and MMA fighter Bobby Lashley made his TNA Wrestling debut last night at the end of the TNA Lockdown PPV. After the Lethal Lockdown main event, the lights in the arena went out and a video played introducing Lashley to TNA. Lashley came out and Kurt Angle was shown laughing in the ring, a sign that Lashley could be aligned with the Main Event Mafia in the coming weeks. Lashley posted a brief message on his official website Sunday night after the debut: “I made my TNA debut tonight. Things are about to pick up. Stay tuned.”
— Also at Lockdown was the latest batch of hints that recently released WWE announcer Taz is headed to TNA Wrestling. During a backstage segment, Samoa Joe was shown with a black towel on his head (a trademark of Taz) talking to somebody off camera before going to the ring. When Joe hit the ring for the Lethal Lockdown match, he started dishing out Tazplexes – the suplex throw used by Taz during his wrestling days.
