BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A coyote was spotted in Bridgewater Township on Thursday afternoon.

The coyote was seen around Van Holten Road in the Township around 12:40 p.m.

Although extremely rare, coyotes have been known to attack humans. Parents should monitor their children, even in familiar surroundings, such as backyards.
