Chinese Space Lab Will Fall On The Earth Like Meteor On Sunday, But There’s No Need To Panic

A space laboratory will plunge back to Earth in coming days and is likely to offer a show similar to a meteor shower, the Chinese authorities say. But there is no reason to get worried as it’s not likely to cause any harm.

China’s space agency said that nearly eight ton Tiangong-1 will re-enter earth’s atmosphere sometime between Saturday and Monday. The European Space Agency has a smaller window between midday Saturday and early Sunday afternoon GMT time.
