As noted, WWE star Sasha Banks is currently dealing with an undisclosed injury which has forced her out of the Mixed Match Challenge.

According to Ryan Satin on Twitter, Banks might be dealing with a back injury, however that has yet to be confirmed.

It’s worth noting that Sasha Banks is currently being advertised by WWE to appear at the October 20th live event in Portland, Maine. If Banks does indeed appear at the live event, it would seem likely she will be cleared in time for the WWE Evolution PPV on October 28th:
