More on Big E Receiving A Major Push As A Singles Wrestler

It was previously reported that Big E of The New Day will be receiving a major push as a singles wrestler from here on out. According to Mike Johnson on a recent edition of PW Insider Elite Audio, Big E of the New Day is expected to receive a significant push in the coming weeks and months. Johnson also suggests that The New Day will win the match next week against The Usos, giving Big E the spot in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Johnson also adds that it is likely the right time for WWE to split up The New Day and push Big E as a singles wrestler since the team, while not at their peak level, remains very popular. This would mean that The New Day would presumably continue as a traditional two-man tag team consisting of Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston.
