New WWE Relationship Confirmed, Cena’s Girlfriend, WWN Signing

Love is in the air over in WWE right now. Zack Ryder proposed to longtime girlfriend Chelsea Green, and one pair of wrestlers finally confirmed their romantic relationship during WrestleMania weekend as well. While speaking on the red carpet prior to the Hall of Fame ceremony last night, SmackDown stars Charlotte Flair and Andrade said that they are currently dating. The news comes after weeks of speculation, reports, and messages between the two of wrestlers that led fans to believe that they were indeed a couple. They referred to the evening as their “coming out party.” Andrade will be wrestling in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal tonight while Flair faces Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey in the main event of WrestleMania 35.

It also appears that John Cena has entered into a new relationship. Cena was spotted with his new girlfriend a couple of days ago, but the identity of this person has now been revealed. According to US Weekly, the person that the 16-time world champion is seeing right now is Shay Shariatzadeh, an engineer who lives in Canada. The two of them were seen together in a restaurant while Cena was in the country shooting one of his upcoming films. The two of them were said to be on their date for hours before they finally left and took a walk around the town. Cena helped induct Warrior Award recipient Sue Aitchison during the Hall of Fame last night, and he is rumored to make an appearance during WrestleMania 35 tonight.

There is a new addition being made to the WWN roster right now. According to a report from PWInsider, the Retrosexual Anthony Greene has signed with WWN and will begin appearing on EVOLVE shows regularly in the very near future. He won the opportunity to join the promotion after winning a multi-person match during the Mercury Rising event in Queens, New York over the weekend. Greene is a rising star who has competed for promotions like CZW and Beyond Wrestling in the past. He could definitely make a splash in EVOLVE and other promotions over the next few years. The news of Greene’s signing may be just the shot that EVOLVE needed after it was reported that Darby Allin will be leaving the promotion very soon.
