Melania Trump’s latest ‘Be Best’ initiative kicked off yesterday as the first lady dropped by the Dove School of Discovery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Trump talked up the importance of homework to a group of Dove School second-graders and was even seen dropping by various classrooms during the visit. The first lady then headed over to Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington, to view a demonstration for a new Xbox adaptive controller aimed at protecting kids and teens from the internet. The new product is also designed to help children with disabilities have an easier time using current technology. Melania Trump was also seen chatting with Microsoft president Brad Smith during the stop.
First lady Melania Trump’s ‘Be Best’ tour will last for two days and span across three states. Themes of the campaign focus on online safety, bullying prevention, and opioid abuse.
