More than 3,500 Without Power in Manhattan Beach

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — More than 3,500 people in Manhattan Beach lost power Tuesday afternoon, according to Southern California Edison.

The outage reportedly started at 12:25 p.m. and affected 3,642 people near the area of Blanche Road and 33rd Place. As of 1:10 p.m., a field investigator was alerted of the outage and was on their way to the area to assess the outage according to SCE.

Most customers should expect to see their power return by 1:25 according to SCE’s website.
